Stone Tech is seeking a Product Manager III to join their Distribution Platform team. This role focuses on enhancing the lives of Brazilian entrepreneurs by developing and managing tech-driven products that increase income, reduce costs, and streamline financial management. The Product Manager will work on an app used by millions, contributing significantly to the company's revenue by building value propositions for individual entrepreneurs using financial services. This is hybrid role based in Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing ideal customer journeys and managing roadmaps based on data.
  • Understanding customer needs and market trends through discoveries and data analysis.
  • Managing squad routines to ensure efficient and high-quality development.
  • Documenting and providing visibility of product information.
  • Creating, prioritizing, and refining epics and stories.
  • Defining and monitoring product indicators for data-driven decision-making.
  • Interfacing with other product teams and aligning on necessary adjustments.
  • Providing structured visibility of deliveries and OKRs with data support.

Requirements:

  • Experience with product management.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Roadmap management skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
