Stone is a technology and financial services company focused on the customer. Stone is looking for a Data Analyst in Legal Operations. The Data Analyst will be key in optimizing legal operations, transforming raw data into actionable insights. They will support the Legal Ops team and legal department leadership with clear and accurate information to support operational and strategic decision-making, aiming for greater efficiency, cost control, and risk management.
Role involves:
- Constructing and optimizing data pipelines to ensure quality and availability of information.
- Developing predictive models to anticipate risks and opportunities.
- Implementing and maintaining dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
- Analyzing root causes of metric variations and tracking the effects of improvement initiatives.
- Conducting statistical analyses to identify relevant patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Developing and presenting studies and management reports on financial and operational indicators.
- Contributing to the definition of strategic goals and objectives based on data and projections.
- Acting as an internal consultant on data-related matters, aiding teams in strategic information use.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Data Analyst and/or Scientist.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (preferably Looker).
- Fluency in at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript).
- Knowledge and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Ability to apply intermediate descriptive statistics to answer business questions.
- Continuous learning to experiment with new data analysis tools and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
