Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for data and analysis-related matters, creating dashboards and reports to provide performance visibility to the area and stakeholders.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Extract data using SQL, structuring analyses to support decision-making, generate insights, and provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Automate processes involving the use of reports and information from different sources through programming languages like Python.
- Monitor data processing, identifying incident alerts, mapping the impact with responsible teams, and reporting to the internal team.
- Observe opportunities for improvements and automations in the processes of data generation and visualization.
- Contribute to the team's technical decisions based on data.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Intermediate/Advanced SQL proficiency, capable of performing complex queries.
- Knowledge of Python (intermediate level).
- Understanding of Statistics.
- Development of Data Visualization (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau…).
