Stone is a technology and financial services company focused on the customer. Stone is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to join the Pagar.me Growth Marketing team. This team is responsible for customer acquisition and engagement through paid media and digital marketing, with a focus on generating qualified leads, increasing website conversions, and monetizing the customer base. The team works in partnership with Product, Sales, Branding, Data, and Technology to ensure an integrated approach to customer acquisition and retention.

The role involves:

• Planning and operating paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Managing budgets and optimizing investments.
• Coordinating the production of creatives with the design and content team.
• Defining and monitoring A/B tests.
• Analyzing online and offline signals to refine strategies.
• Reporting key metrics and generating actionable insights.
• Working with CRM, Product, and Commercial areas.

Requirements:

• Experience managing paid campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of analysis tools such as GA4, Meta Business Manager, and Looker Studio, Big Query and Tableau.
• Experience with tracking and implementation of UTMs and CAPI.
• Analytical and results-oriented profile.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
