This is a remote position for Assistente de FP&A in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Role Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the company's financial strategic planning, providing analyses and insights that guide business decisions.
• Update, build, and analyze financial reports (income statement, cash flow statement, contribution margin).
• Analyze results by sales channels, perform accounting analyses, compile information for investment funds, prepare management income statements, analyze the company's cash flow, and analyze and reduce expenses and costs.
• Conduct and perform the company's budget and forecasting process, followed by analysis and review phases.

Requirements:

• Analytical and problem-solving profile with a keen logical reasoning to interpret data and extract relevant insights for decision-making.
• Organized.
• Enjoy studying and learning.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and building financial models.
• Knowledge of BI (Business Intelligence) tools for data visualization and interpretation.
• Ability to interpret financial reports and accounting statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with different areas of the company.
• Proactivity and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Previous experience in financial planning.
