Stone, a technology and financial services company, is seeking an Auditor to join its Internal Audit team. This role is pivotal in evaluating and enhancing the company's risk management, internal controls, and governance processes.

The Auditor will contribute to adding value through evaluations, understanding internal processes, identifying risks and controls, and assessing the maturity of both processes and the control environment. The role involves presenting and discussing vulnerabilities with relevant areas, structuring reports, and monitoring action plans until effective implementation.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing audits to add value through evaluations.
  • Identifying risks and controls and assessing the maturity of the company's processes and control environment.
  • Presenting and discussing vulnerabilities with impacted areas.
  • Structuring reports and monitoring action plans.
  • Developing less experienced auditors.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in auditing financial statements.
  • Solid experience in understanding processes, mapping risks, and controls.
  • Solid experience in SOX controls assessment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, or related fields.
