Requirements:
- Completed or in progress higher education.
- 2+ years of sales experience in insurance brokerage, preferably B2B or B2C, with enterprise clients (200-3000 lives).
- Knowledge of insurance products, contract characteristics, and basic technical aspects.
- Experience with sales automation software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Effective negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with self-management and resilience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
