Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients after negotiations.
- Identify opportunities and solutions to generate value for clients.
- Analyze performance indicators daily.
- Contact clients to map performance and ensure negotiation closure.
- Anticipate possible churns proactively.
- Communicate with Product, Risk, and Customer Support teams to solve problems and implement new solutions.
