As an Account Executive in the Digital Commercial team (Pagar.me), the individual will be responsible for actively engaging with inactive clients to understand their needs and re-convert them by leveraging knowledge of Stone's financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients after negotiations.
Identify opportunities and solutions to generate value for clients.
Analyze performance indicators daily.
Contact clients to map performance and ensure negotiation closure.
Anticipate possible churns proactively.
Communicate with Product, Risk, and Customer Support teams to solve problems and implement new solutions.
