Stone is seeking an Inside Sales Analyst to join their Outbound team. The role involves actively acquiring new clients through phone sales, providing personalized service, and delivering excellent customer experiences. The Analista Comercial will be responsible for active sales and diagnose customer demands.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls made by the automatic dialer.
- Diagnosing customer needs and connecting them with financial solutions for sales closure.
- Maintaining good organization of negotiating customers, ensuring follow-up.
- Creating proposals in the system, ensuring the best proposal is delivered to the customer, and following up until closing.
- Monitoring personal and team results through dashboards and meetings.
Requirements include:
- Prior experience with active telephone sales (minimum 1 year).
- Knowledge of sales techniques.
- Higher education (in progress or completed).
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Staying updated on company products and offers.
