The Sales Specialist will serve as a business reference for key entrepreneurs in the region, understanding their needs and connecting them with financial, software, and management solutions. He will act as a consultant, developing specific strategies for business segments and delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect clients according to target.
  • Assemble and present proposals according to customer needs.
  • Manage the portfolio of key clients in the region.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain continuous relationship and excellent after-sales service.
  • Analyze competition and market trends.
  • Attend daily morning meetings to outline plans, goals, and exchange learnings.

Requirements:

  • Experience with consultative sales (key account, grandes contas).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Energy and passion for serving customers.
  • Commitment to excellence.
  • Teamwork, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of the financial market, means of payment, banking products, and/or retail software is a plus.
