This role is focused on building long-term partnerships with key businesses, integrating their management software with Stone Co.'s financial technology. The Business Development Manager will work with autonomy to foster relationships with partners, develop new solutions, and enhance their competitiveness.
Role Involves:
- Building and managing relationships with partners.
- Developing new products and services from ideation to scaling.
- Understanding and managing operational aspects impacting partners and Stone Co.
- Interacting with directors, CEOs, and CTOs of various companies.
- Engaging and guiding partners within the Stone Partner Program.
- Handling complex issues related to regulatory, legal, product, and business variables.
- Making strategic and operational decisions.
- Continuous learning about strategies, sales, products, and technology.
Requirements:

- Knowledge in financial and digital products (technology)
