The Sales Specialist role involves being a business reference for key entrepreneurs in the region, understanding their needs, and connecting them with financial, software, and management solutions. The specialist acts as a consultant, developing specific strategies for different business segments and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect clients according to target.
  • Prepare and present proposals based on client needs.
  • Manage the portfolio of key clients in the region.
  • Maintain continuous and excellent post-sales relationships.
  • Analyze competition and market trends.
  • Participate in daily morning meetings to plan, set goals, and exchange learnings.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience with consultative sales (key account, major accounts).
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • High energy and passion for serving customers.
  • A drive to achieve excellence in all endeavors.
  • Skills in teamwork, planning, organization, and analytical thinking.
  • Knowledge of the financial market, payment methods, banking products, and/or retail software is a plus.
