The Large Accounts Hunter role at Stone involves positively impacting the company's results and expansion, strengthening brand positioning, and creating lasting customer relationships. The challenge lies in actively prospecting and finalizing the sales funnel, converting leads, negotiating, and closing coherent commercial proposals.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Mapping e-commerce businesses compatible with Pagar.me's products and features.
  • Prospecting e-commerce businesses and generating customer interest in the product.
  • Diagnosing problems/opportunities in the customer's operation and connecting solutions with Pagar.me features.
  • Negotiating and selling products consultatively, building and delivering the best possible solution.
  • Onboarding customers onto the system.
  • Managing and monitoring customers throughout the sales process, until the end of their ramp-up.

Requirements:

  • Residence or willingness to relocate to São Paulo/SP.
  • Experience in the commercial area and with Inside Sales.
  • Experience with payment methods.
  • Experience with active prospecting and ability to generate adherent opportunities.
  • Orientation towards results and “closing deals”.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage your routine, activities, goals and results.
  • Proactivity to learn and improve continuously.
  • Resilience to achieve goals and solve problems.
