The role focuses on actively monetizing accounts and helping clients grow their businesses. This involves close contact with clients and decision-makers, monitoring key indicators, and ensuring satisfaction and retention.

• Strategically impacting the business to maximize long-term value for clients.
• Managing a portfolio of clients to identify service improvements and sales opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and new business ventures.
• Contacting clients to map performance and opportunities, conducting negotiations and renegotiations.
• Creating metrics and best practices to anticipate and reverse potential churn.
• Analyzing portfolio KPIs and sending performance reports to key clients.
• Interfacing with the technology team for the sale and implementation of new products and solutions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in account management and complex sales.
• Experience in B2B sales, particularly with Mid-Large Companies.
• Knowledge of sales techniques.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.
• Interest in innovation and technology.
• Ability to develop strong relationships.
• Focus on results and goals.
