The Account Executive - Enterprise role within the Farming team involves being a business specialist for key account clients. This person will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them grow their businesses. The role focuses on digital and physical products to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically impact the business by focusing on the long-term value of clients.
  • Manage client portfolios to identify service improvements and sales opportunities.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
  • Contact clients to map performance, opportunities, and negotiate terms.
  • Create metrics and practices to anticipate and reverse churn.
  • Analyze portfolio KPIs and provide performance reports to key clients.
  • Interface with the technology team for the sale and implementation of new products and solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in account management and complex sales.
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially with mid-to-large companies.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and a sense of urgency.
  • Interest in innovation and technology.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships.
  • Focus on results and goals.
