Stone is seeking an Inbound Sales Analyst to join their team in Sao Paulo. This role is crucial for converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals, serving as the initial point of contact for entrepreneurs aiming to sell online.

The Inbound Sales Analyst will:

  • Manage leads from calls, chats, emails, and forms with speed and business insight.
  • Strategically qualify each lead, assessing account potential and alignment with Stone's solutions.
  • Lead consultative negotiations, addressing objections and driving deal closures.
  • Direct complex leads to specialist teams, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Work towards performance and conversion goals, testing sales strategies.
