Responsibilities include:

  • Mapping e-commerce businesses compatible with Pagar.me's products and features.
  • Prospecting e-commerce businesses and generating customer interest.
  • Diagnosing customer problems/opportunities and connecting them with Pagar.me's features.
  • Negotiating and selling products consultatively to provide the best possible solutions.
  • Onboarding customers to the system.
  • Managing and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

The role requires:

  • Experience in commercial area and with Inside Sales.
  • Experience with active prospecting and generating relevant opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage your routine, activities, goals and results.
  • Proactive in learning and continuous improvement.
  • Resilience to reach goals and solve problems.
