Stone is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand the presence of Pagar.me solutions in the Brazilian e-commerce market. The BDR will identify e-commerce businesses compatible with Pagar.me's products, prospect them, generate interest in the features, and manage the pipeline and metrics of opportunities. This role is crucial for the Account Executive - Hunter team to proceed with sales negotiations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Mapping e-commerce businesses compatible with Pagar.me products from various sources (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Prospecting e-commerce businesses and generating interest through phone calls or email.
  • Following up with potential clients and nurturing them until they are qualified for the sales funnel.
  • Scheduling meetings with qualified leads for Account Executive - Hunter, presenting Pagar.me and its solutions.
  • Managing the pipeline of opportunities with the team and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Results-oriented with a focus on closing deals.
  • Persistent and proactive in improving prospecting skills and creating lead generation strategies.
