Stone is seeking a Customer Relationship Analyst to join their team in Curitiba/PR. This role is dedicated to People with Disabilities (PcD).   • Provide after-sales service through various channels (e-mail, chat, WhatsApp, or phone) and CRM.

  • Meet quality and efficiency goals to improve customer service continuously.
  • Ensure a welcoming, fast, and problem-solving service.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and didactic.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
