Stone is seeking a Customer Relationship Analyst to join their team in Curitiba, PR. The company's Relationship with the Customer team is committed to resolving customer demands, ensuring an effective solution and excellent service, helping entrepreneurs in their journey. Stone values its clients, and the team aims to provide a welcoming, fast, and decisive service so its users have more time to focus on their businesses.

As a Customer Service Analyst, the candidate will be responsible for after-sales service, regardless of the Stone product, through one of its 4 communication channels (email, chat, WhatsApp or telephone) and CRM. They will be evaluated by quality and efficiency goals that allow to measure the service in favor of continuous improvement for Stone's clients.

The role involves:

  • Providing after-sales support via various communication channels.
  • Using CRM to manage customer interactions.
  • Meeting quality and efficiency goals.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enrolled in or completed higher education.
  • Prior experience with Customer Relationship (minimum 1 year).
  • Be didactic and customer-focused.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
