In this role, the Client Relationship Analyst will be responsible for after-sales support across Stone's product range, utilizing various communication channels (email, chat, WhatsApp, or phone) and CRM. Success will be measured by quality and efficiency metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in customer service. The objective is to deliver solutions and delight Brazilian entrepreneurs.

Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
