Stone is seeking an Analista de Retenção to join its team. The company is a technology and financial services firm focused on providing excellent service to its clients. This role is dedicated to individuals with disabilities (PcD) and is based in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, operating on a hybrid work model.

The Analista de Retenção will play a crucial role in understanding client needs and ensuring a positive, long-term relationship. The role involves both reactive and proactive engagement with clients via chat and telephone to negotiate rates and manage cancellations, potentially offering new products relevant to their business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing reactive and proactive support to clients using chat and/or phone to negotiate fees and handle cancellations, with opportunities to introduce new products.
  • Focusing on resolving issues and delivering solutions to business owners, ensuring they remain engaged and satisfied with Stone's services to foster a healthy and lasting relationship.
  • Taking part in training sessions aimed at enhancing professional growth and participating in meetings to review performance metrics.
  • Developing strategies to achieve targets.
  • Suggesting improvements to Stone's resources, processes, and customer service channels to better serve clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales (minimum 1 year).
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a talent for teaching.
  • Proficient in negotiation and persuasion.
