The Digital Agent team enhances the value proposition for clients. The Digital Agent plays a key role in post-sales strategy, ensuring personalized and innovative service through suitable channels for each client.

The Consultor(a) Comercial Interno will strategically build client relationships to retain, monetize, and boost their ventures through communication channels and CRM.

Role involves:

  • Managing client portfolio to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities;
  • Presenting to new clients after accreditation through service channels;
  • Actively contacting clients to map performance and opportunities;
  • Acting predictively to anticipate possible churns and intervene;
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects and initiatives;
  • Ensuring compliance with commercial agreements made with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Commercial area;
  • Higher Education in progress or completed;
  • Experience in contacting customers proactively and B2B;
  • Clear and efficient communication;
  • Proficiency in managing multiple channels;
  • Ability to create and strengthen relationships with customers and the team;
  • Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems assertively;
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changes with an entrepreneurial spirit.
