JD Sports is seeking a Store Manager for their location in Algarve, Portugal. The Store Manager will be a key leader, driving sales, maximizing profitability, and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional customer service.
- Manage, train, motivate, and coordinate the store team.
- Analyze reports to boost sales and meet targets.
- Optimize store operations using KPIs (FF, ATV, ASP, CR, UPT).
- Utilize visual merchandising techniques to attract customers.
- Maintain stock cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with onboarding and development of new talent.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Store Manager or in retail management is valuable.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Positive attitude and enjoys interacting with the public.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
