JD Sports is seeking a Store Manager for their location in Algarve, Portugal. The Store Manager will be a key leader, driving sales, maximizing profitability, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer exceptional customer service.
  • Manage, train, motivate, and coordinate the store team.
  • Analyze reports to boost sales and meet targets.
  • Optimize store operations using KPIs (FF, ATV, ASP, CR, UPT).
  • Utilize visual merchandising techniques to attract customers.
  • Maintain stock cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with onboarding and development of new talent.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Store Manager or in retail management is valuable.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Positive attitude and enjoys interacting with the public.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
