Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a Store Manager for its Portimão location. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, maximizing profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading a team and achieving ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues
• Managing, training, and motivating the store team
• Analyzing sales reports and implementing strategies to meet sales targets
• Utilizing visual merchandising techniques to attract and engage customers
• Assisting with onboarding new team members and developing existing staff
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a retail management role is desirable
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Positive attitude and passion for customer interaction
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
