Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues
- Managing, training, and motivating the store team
- Analyzing sales reports and implementing strategies to meet sales targets
- Utilizing visual merchandising techniques to attract and engage customers
- Assisting with onboarding new team members and developing existing staff
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a retail management role is desirable
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Positive attitude and passion for customer interaction
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
