A Sales Assistant at JD Sports will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers visiting the store. The Sales Assistant will assist customers. This role aims to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and effectively utilize in-store devices.

The role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales, also leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Assisting in the constant maintenance of standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying the stock on the sales floor and replacing it when necessary to ensure the full range of sizes is available.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Retail sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Aptitude for teamwork and a good level of attention to detail.
• Registration in the lists of Compulsory Placement L. 68/99 is required.
