Verkada is seeking a Sales Strategy and Operations Associate to join their Sales Strategy and Operations team. This role is crucial in driving insights, operations, and strategy to enhance the sales organization's performance. The Sales Strategy and Operations team provides an excellent platform to understand business operations, with prior team members progressing to VP and COO positions in other companies.

Responsibilities:
- Pulling ongoing and ad hoc reporting for business reviews.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and processes.
- Building programming and content to help new hires.
- Troubleshooting systems issues.
- Reviewing insights from analyses.
- Building future-state processes and systems.
Requirements:
- High-impact self-starter.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excel skills are a must; SQL / Tableau / Looker experience a plus.
- Process and operational thinking.
- Previous Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and hustle.
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelors or masters from a top school preferred.
- Previous Sales, Sales Operations, or Strategy experience is a plus.
