The Customer Support team at Proton is one of the largest, assisting users with questions, concerns, and issues across all products. They are committed to providing the best possible service and ensuring a positive user experience. The team is located in Skopje and Taipei.
What this role involves:
- Interacting directly with Proton Mail customers to answer questions.
- Resolving technical support inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Extensive troubleshooting to detect the cause of issues.
- Collaborating with developers to improve Proton products based on customer feedback.
- Testing web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality releases.
What we are looking for:
- Advanced English (written).
- Understanding of end-to-end encryption.
- Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
