Proton is seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join their Marketing department. The role involves supporting data-driven decision-making, understanding customer behavior, guiding marketing initiatives, and analyzing campaign performance. The Marketing Data Analyst will collaborate with the Data team to enhance the data platform and reporting tools. This role requires knowledge of measurement techniques and the ability to create actionable insights for Marketing and cross-functional teams.

Role involves:

  • Analyzing and interpreting marketing data to support data-driven decisions.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards in Metabase.
  • Applying tools and techniques for marketing data analysis and visualization.
  • Representing and summarizing marketing data and insights in reports.
  • Researching new marketing use cases for existing data.
  • Sharing insights and best practices for marketing analytics.
  • Developing training programs to improve data literacy within the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on marketing metrics.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing data analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
