Proton is seeking a Senior Fullstack QA Engineer to join their payments department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications across the entire technology stack. He/She will advocate for continuous investments in software quality while ensuring prompt features delivery to the advantage of our customers.

The role involves:

  • Conducting various types of testing.
  • Working closely with developers.
  • Writing automated tests.
  • Conducting performance testing.
  • Being aware of common security vulnerabilities.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Prior experience with full stack testing.
  • Mastering of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Be independent and a highly motivated problem solver.
  • Eager to innovate, learn new things, and share ideas.
  • Be proactive in finding and preventing bugs.
  • Understanding of the software development life-cycle process.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in testing automation.
  • 5+ years of experience with manual testing.
  • Experience working in distributed teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
