Senior Product Manager (Pass) at Proton

Proton is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of Proton Pass, aiming to establish it as the premier password manager in the market. The Senior Product Manager will be crucial in driving success across both B2C and B2B sectors.

In this role the Senior Product Manager sits at the intersection of Engineering, Growth, Data and Design, and your responsibility will be to grow the portfolio of product capabilities to serve our customers and our business for long term sustainable growth.

What this role involves:

• Working with senior leadership to set the vision and roadmap for Proton Pass.
• Leading and managing mobile team (4-5 engineers), ensuring delivery of top-quality products on time.
• Owning key metrics like user engagement, retention, and revenue, and define what success looks like.
• Collaborating closely with teams across engineering, growth, and marketing to align on goals and execution.
• Driving the product lifecycle from idea to launch, solving challenges across teams while keeping momentum high.
• Staying on top of market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to shape smart product decisions.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2C or B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing engineering teams.
• A strong track record of shipping successful products and features.
• A solid technical background.
• A deep understanding of users.
• A strong sense of design and UX.
• A can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.
