Sales Assistant (Part Time) - Marcianise C.C. "Campania" at JD Sports

JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team in Marcianise, Italy. The company is a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe with over 2,400 stores.

As a member of the JD Sports team, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers. He/She will assist customers to maximize store productivity by exceeding sales targets.

The role involves:

• Assisting customers through all phases of the sale, ensuring targets are met.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales using digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Checking and replenishing stock on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Retail sector is preferable.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and attention to detail.
