Senior Product Manager B2B (VPN)

Job Description

Proton is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of Proton VPN within the B2B market. The role involves strategic vision, roadmap definition, and product innovation to expand Proton's value proposition. This position is based in either Barcelona, London, Paris, or Geneva.

The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Growth, Data, and Design, to develop product features from scratch. They will also work with senior leadership to ensure the delivery of impactful features and value creation.

What this role involves:

• Defining and executing a strategic vision and roadmap for the B2B aspect of Proton VPN.
• Driving product innovation, developing novel product features that expand Proton's value proposition.
• Defining and owning success metrics related to adoption, activation, and retention.
• Facilitating collaboration between product, engineering, growth, and marketing teams
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Anticipating growth ceilings and defining scaling strategies.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in security and/or productivity contexts.
• Proven track record in successful product and feature launches.
• Strategic leader with an analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Strong empathy for the customer and a user-centric mindset.
• Deep technical acumen and a technical background (ideally a Computer Science degree with specialization in Security).
