Proton is seeking a Senior CRO Growth Product Manager to spearhead the strategy and execution of website conversion optimization efforts. This role blends product management, data-driven decision-making, and growth marketing to transform Proton’s website into a conversion-centric asset. The Senior CRO Lead will drive the optimization of user journeys, enhancing the product experience and accelerating user acquisition, free sign-ups, and paid subscriptions.

The role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, product, data, and business teams to continuously improve website performance, create data-driven roadmaps, and launch experiments.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, prioritize, and manage a roadmap of web and app store optimization experiments.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
  • Define and implement growth experiments (A/B and multivariate tests).
  • Champion improvements to the entire user journey.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts and Payment teams to optimize the product onboarding journey.
  • Ensure Proton’s website and user journeys are optimized for mobile.
  • Leverage web analytics, customer feedback, and user research.
  • Share findings from experiments with cross-functional teams.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and CRO strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in conversion optimization, digital marketing, and growth-focused roles.
  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), A/B testing and multivariate testing.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar etc.).
  • Experience in growth marketing and understanding of the full user lifecycle.
  • Experience in optimizing websites and user journeys for mobile responsiveness.
  • Familiarity with both B2C and B2B product environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and identify trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
