Associate Scientist - Assay Development - China at Alamar Biosciences

Alamar Biosciences is seeking an Associate Scientist for Assay Development to join their R&D team in Hangzhou, China. This role focuses on enhancing the company's biomarker detection and quantitation capabilities, contributing to early disease diagnosis through innovative proteomics platforms.Responsibilities:

• Design, optimize, and execute experiments for new biomarker detection.
• Maintain reagent libraries and accurate records of work.
• Analyze data, examine the impacts of variables, and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
• Manage and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in immunoassays (e.g., ELISA).
• Knowledge of emerging reagent and immunoassay technologies.
• Data management skills.
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and project management abilities.
