Alamar Biosciences is seeking an Office Manager to join their team in Hangzhou City, China. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and laboratory spaces. This role involves managing deliveries, maintaining office and lab areas, providing operational support, and handling procurement.
- Handle routine administrative tasks for the Hangzhou office
- Receive, unpack, and distribute deliveries
- Plan and implement logistics for internal and external events
- Support procurement activities
- Support recruitment and onboarding logistics
- Support clients or customers who visit the office
- Manage external communications and maintain a positive corporate image
- Act as a catalyst for a positive company culture
- Supervise the regular operation of infrastructure
- Manage emergency issues
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements
