The Customer Service Agent role at Insurtech involves providing support to customers of two major Groups in Greece and Europe. This role will be part of the customer service center team.
Responsibilities:
- Phone support, management, and handling of customer requests
- Managing incoming requests via phone, e-mail, and chat
- Resolving issues related to insurance products purchased from the online platform
- Register and update information in the company's CRM system
- Communicate with Pricefox partners to settle and serve our customers' requests
- Cooperation and support to the sales department
- Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits
Requirements:
- High school or higher education graduate
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Customer-centric approach and developed communication skills
