Junior Back-office Agent at Pricefox

Pricefox.gr, a member of the Antenna Group, is seeking a Junior Back-office Agent to join its customer service team in Athens. The role involves providing telephone support, managing customer requests, and resolving issues related to products purchased through the online platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming requests via phone, email, and chat, as well as recording and updating information in the company's CRM system.

• Managing incoming requests via phone, e-mail and chat
• Solving problems and answering customer questions about products
• Entering and updating information in the company's CRM system
• Monitoring the progress of customer requests
• Checking, processing and archiving documents
• Collaboration and support to the sales department

Requirements include a high school diploma or higher education, comfortable use of computers and CRM systems, customer-centric approach, developed communication skills, and a team spirit.
