Junior Customer Support Agent at Pricefox

Pricefox.gr, a member of the Antenna Group, is seeking a Junior Customer Support Agent to join their team in Athens, Greece. The role involves providing support to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Providing phone support to customers
• Managing customer requests via phone, email and chat
• Resolving customer issues and answering questions about insurance products
• Updating customer information in the CRM system
• Monitoring customer requests and coordinating with Pricefox partners
• Processing and archiving electronic documents
• Supporting the sales department

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher education
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
• Customer-centric approach and strong communication skills
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different teams
