Job Description
Brunswick Group is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Manager to coordinate globally and build an L&D function in the Americas. The role involves directing L&D strategy and administering all L&D functions for the region. The individual will play an integral role in how Brunswick grows the best colleagues, leaders and future talent.

Role involves:
  • Designing, developing, and managing Americas’ L&D programs.
  • Building foundational programming and approaches for consistency across roles and regions.
  • Managing the learning lifecycle from onboarding to personalized professional development.
  • Managing all L&D functions including communications, operations, and reporting and analytics.
  • Creating and executing annual training calendar from content creation to feedback.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of L&D experience in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.
  • Professional services experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong customer service mentality.
  • Ability to think on their feet and have good judgment.
  • Effective learning needs analysis skills.
  • Instructional Design skills.
  • Knowledge of impactful learning models.
