The firm advises on critical issues at the intersection of business, politics, and society, providing expert guidance to leaders of large, complex organizations.In this role, the Associate will be involved in:

• Serving as an expert to clients on reputation, financial, and crisis situations
• Providing relevant insight, guidance, and counsel to clients
• Playing an integral role in the new business process
• Mentoring and managing team members
• Overseeing research and monitoring assignments
• Developing strategic stakeholder engagement plans
• Building and fostering a network of advisors

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 7-10+ years of relevant work experience
• Deep understanding of business in Japan
• Fluent spoken and written English and Japanese
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication ability
• Experience managing teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion to work in an international environment
