Brunswick Group is seeking an Associate to join their Investor Relations and Financial Situations team in New York. Brunswick is a global advisory firm that helps companies tackle high-stakes issues and navigate complex stakeholder relationships. The Associate will play an integral role in supporting Brunswick’s strategic investor relations business and providing advice to leading corporate clients.
The role involves:
Providing insight and guidance on strategic investor relations and financial situations to clients.
Advising clients on effective communication to investors during critical moments.
Developing and executing plans to advocate the client’s point of view to various stakeholders.
Managing and mentoring team members.
Overseeing research assignments and distilling information into impactful points.
Planning and executing client announcements and events.
Cultivating relationships with clients, potential clients, analysts, and investors.
Requirements:
7-10+ years of relevant work experience in an IR, research, or financial advisory role.
Strong knowledge of the capital markets and a range of financial situations involving U.S. companies.
In-house investor relations, sell-side research, buy-side or investment banking experience is highly valued.
Deep understanding of business, finance and markets.
Exceptional written and verbal communication ability.
Experience managing teams and passionate about mentoring junior staff.
