Job Description

• Providing insight and guidance on strategic investor relations and financial situations to clients.
• Advising clients on effective communication to investors during critical moments.
• Developing and executing plans to advocate the client’s point of view to various stakeholders.
• Managing and mentoring team members.
• Overseeing research assignments and distilling information into impactful points.
• Planning and executing client announcements and events.
• Cultivating relationships with clients, potential clients, analysts, and investors.

• 7-10+ years of relevant work experience in an IR, research, or financial advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the capital markets and a range of financial situations involving U.S. companies.
• In-house investor relations, sell-side research, buy-side or investment banking experience is highly valued.
• Deep understanding of business, finance and markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication ability.
• Experience managing teams and passionate about mentoring junior staff.
