Junior Consultant (f/m/d) - Berlin | Frankfurt | Munich at Brunswick Group

Brunswick Group is seeking a Junior Consultant to join their team in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects with international colleagues, advising national and multi-national companies on critical issues. The position is available in Berlin, Frankfurt, or Munich.

The Junior Consultant will deliver media and research reports, analyse developments in capital markets, and prepare key client documents. They will also support client and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and tracking deliverables.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring client and industry news.
• Analysing media coverage and analyst reports.
• Conducting peer and market research.
• Preparing media lists and reporter backgrounders.
• Supporting preparations for external meetings.
• Cultivating network inside and outside of the firm.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree with a high GPA.
• Basic understanding of financial terminology.
• Curiosity and awareness of current global issues.
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strategic and creative thinking.
• Proficiency in multitasking and time management.
• Excellent language skills in German (C2) and English (C1).
