Verkada is seeking a Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst to join their Sales Strategy and Operations team. In this role, the candidate will drive insights, operations, and strategy to enable Sales to run efficiently. The role offers exposure to various challenges, processes, and data within the Sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Pulling ongoing and ad hoc reporting for weekly / quarterly business reviews.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in current workflows and processes.
  • Building programming and content to help new hires get up to speed.
  • Troubleshooting systems issues.
  • Reviewing insights from analyses.
  • Building future-state processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Raw smarts to solve complex problems.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SQL / Tableau / Looker experience a plus.
  • Process and operational thinking to tackle problems independently and document solutions.
  • Previous Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility and hustle to manage change and ambiguity.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a startup.
  • Strong academic achievement preferred.
  • Previous Sales Operations or GTM Strategy experience is a plus.
