Sales Assistant (Part-Time) - Novate Milanese C.C. "Metropoli" at JD Sports

JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe with over 2,400 stores. The company is oriented to different retail segments and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands. They are seeking a part-time Sales Assistant for their store in Novate Milanese.

As a member of the JD Sports Team, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers, maximizing store productivity, exceeding sales targets, and utilizing in-store devices.

The role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales, also exploiting the digital channels that the company offers.
• Assisting in maintaining standards on the sales floor, taking care of the cleanliness of the spaces if necessary.
• Verifying the stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary.

Requirements:

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Predisposition to teamwork and a good level of attention to detail.
