Sales Assistant (Part Time) - Palermo C.C. "Forum" at JD Sports

JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. The company has over 2,400 stores and is focused on offering customers the latest products from top brands. They are seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team in Palermo.

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maximizing store productivity, and exceeding sales targets. This is a part-time position at the Palermo C.C. "Forum" store.

The role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale.
• Maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Verifying and replenishing stock on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Retail sector is preferred but not necessary.
• Proactive approach to customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for sportswear and knowledge of the sports market and trends.
• Propensity to use new technologies.
• Teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the English language is a plus.
