Job Description

Legend Biotech is seeking a Quality Person In Plant to join its Operations Team in Ghent. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of cell therapy products in a GMP-controlled environment.

The role involves:

• Overseeing adherence to high-quality standards across the manufacturing process.
• Performing quality checks and audits on processes, documentation, and manipulations.
• Real-time review of process documentation and supporting unit operations.
• Collaborating with site personnel to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Contributing to the investigation and resolution of manufacturing deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and complaints.
• Preparing for and supporting regulatory inspections and audits and performing internal housekeeping audits.
• Executing all tasks in alignment with safety policies, quality systems, and GMP requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A bachelor's, master’s or PhD degree in science, information science or another related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Decisiveness, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
