Appnovation is seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance its portfolio by identifying and securing new clients. The Business Development Manager will work in partnership with the Business Director and Practice Leads.
The role involves:
- Identifying and targeting potential clients in various industries.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborating with consulting, creative, and tech teams to develop compelling proposals.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Representing Appnovation at industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within a digital consultancy, agency, or system integrator
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, technology solutions, and consulting services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
