Job Description
Appnovation is seeking a Director of Technology to lead its APAC technology strategy, focusing on Malaysia and Hong Kong. The Director will lead technology teams and drive the adoption of innovative solutions. This role requires deep expertise in the region's modern web architectures, cloud platforms, and digital innovation. They will define and implement the APAC technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The role involves:
- Defining and implementing the APAC technology strategy.
- Leading and mentoring technology teams across Malaysia and Hong Kong.
- Overseeing the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance digital platforms.
- Driving AI-driven innovations and automation across technology solutions.
Key requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership.
- Proven people management experience.
- Expertise in AEP with AEM, MACH architecture, microservices, and cloud technologies.
- Expertise in AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Malay, Cantonese and English Speaker
