Manager, Designer at Appnovation Technologies

Appnovation is seeking a skilled and motivated Designer to lead and manage their design team. The Designer will be responsible for creating compelling and user-centered digital experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with clients' business objectives and brand identities.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team of designers.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams.
• Developing and maintaining design standards and practices.
• Overseeing the end-to-end design process.
• Conducting user research and usability testing.
• Staying up-to-date with design trends and technologies.
• Presenting design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Contributing to the growth and development of the design team.
• Working closely with project managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
• Passion for design and a strong desire to create exceptional user experiences.
