Marketing Automation Consultant (AJO)

Job Description

Appnovation is seeking a Marketing Automation Consultant to join their team. The consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, build and integrate workflows, and integrate Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with client systems. They will provide ongoing recommendations, deliver training sessions, and offer post-implementation support.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
• Building and integrating workflows, templates, and data models to support marketing automation.
• Integrating Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with customer data platforms and CRMs.
• Providing recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Delivering training sessions to client marketing teams.
• Offering post-implementation support and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and XML.
• Good communication skills.
